Pippi Longstocking Movie

I'm sure that you watched ate least one Pippi Longstocking movie, If you are Pippi Longstocking fan. As far as I remember there are several movies with Pippi.

I bet that you didn't know (at least I didn't) that there was first Pippi movie made back in the 1949.

In the late sixties and early seventies there were TV series and they made TV movies with the same actors in 1969 and 1970. And Astrid Lindgren, who wrote the book, wrote the script for TV series too.

These movies are:

• Pippi Longstocking
• Pippi Goes on Board
• Pippi in the South Seas
• Pippi on the Run.

In 1988 Columbia Pictures made another Pippi move called The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking.

And of course there are animated TV series too. There are 26 series with Pippi's adventures with her friends Tommy and Annika. Here are just few of them:

• Pippi Entertains Two Burglars
• Pippi Doesn't Sell Her House
